Bio
Sarah Lytle is entering her eighth year as the Assistant Dean of Athletics at Hillsborough College, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing athletic operations and advancing student-athlete success. Since joining Hillsborough, Sarah has served as the Head Women’s Tennis Coach, leading the program to four NJCAA national runner-up finishes and securing national championships in both 2023 and 2025.
Her leadership extends beyond campus. She has served as the FCSAA Tennis State Chair since 2019, was Suncoast Conference Chair from 2021 to 2023, and held the position of CAA Chair-Elect from 2023 to 2025. Nationally, she serves on the NJCAA Sport Committees for Division II Volleyball and Tennis and was selected by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) CEO for a leadership initiative.
